Walking to a lot of shopping options, excellent restaurant, but only room service after 9pm, unfortunately no fan in the bathroom or windows to open (handicapped traveler). Very good staff overall, Christian at the front desk was very helpful, as was Rodrigo in the bar, unpleasant parking security guard one day. Overall a pleasant stay.

A safe place to stay
Staff were kind and helpful (and multilingual) Room was OK, bed was clean, carpet was "tired" Room was serviced every day, and water bottles replenished. Generally, the hotel is is need of a "makeover", it'll be a huge effort, but with more modern competing properties nearby it'll be worth it.
