This hotel was a beautiful location. We had an ocean view, which was spectacular! I think the only downfall, was the AC. It was severely hot when we were there, and the AC seemed to be working overtime. There is no central air. My advice, is to have them start the AC prior to you checking in. The pool was also under maintenance for a day when we were there, but they accommodated by letting you take a shuttle to their sister hotel, which has a fantastic pool!

Poor costumers service, only one bottle weather the first day and we were 3 people. The first day on the door enter they was very attending but no the second day. Additional was in construction or renovation.
I don’t return again to the this hotel.

I like the location of this place and the area around it, close to shopping area and restaurants but I didn’t like the beach, it has no beach at all, you have to walk a little to get to a small beach however you are not allowed to swim. It looks a little outdated from the pool area.

Las ventanas de los cuartos Ni siquiera cierran Bien.
Muy caro para la PESIMA calidad de sus Instalaciones
