This hotel is perfect if you went skiing and need to relax afterwards. The spa facilities are clean and well kept. Customers have to pay an extra fee to use these facilities. The gym was disappointing—it was small and not well equipped. The food and service was excellent at all the restaurants that it has to offer. We stayed at the Fairmont Gold and didn’t get a proper tour of our room and the texting service did not work. I felt the staff could go further to accommodate the customers.

It’s an old hotel. The staff is great and accommodating, but a lot of small things went wrong during my stay.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at. We stayed in a suite which had amazing views and breakfast included. The VIP staff was incredible and helped us plan our stay a couple weeks in advance. They were also there to help in every way. Overall this hotel is the Best in Banff. (We went to the Chateau LL as well.)

This was an absolutely amazing experience. The Fairmont Banf has beyond excellent customer service with wonderful amenities. Variety of restaurants to choose from lots of activities and very family friendly. Great bars. The spa is wonderful. Indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi and sauna. Transportation provided into the town and great walkable trails all around. Highly recommend.
