Overall we had a great time and the island is great! I felt that for the price the hotel could be a little better and the service more attentive. I had trouble getting drinks service by the pool at times, and on a couple of nights the rooftop bar closed earlier than advertised and the when we returned from the markets we couldn’t get a drink.

Great staff, very friendly and attentive! Rooms were clean but it would have been nice to have be able to control the air conditioning from your room without having to contact the staff to contact the Engineers. The main bedroom was great but the bathroom layout was a bit odd. This is just me, but I found the single sliding door for the shower & toilet a little odd. Otherwise, the room was very nice.

Great stay at the Secret, friendly staff, they prepared our room early. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Dinner was just okay, better to eat in the town. For a beach person as opposed to a person visiting the graves of the heroes, including Vo Thi Sau, Con Dai is fantastic because the beaches are much cleaner than Phu Quoc - and none swims, so you have the beach to yourself. The Zen suite at The Secret Con Dai was amazing. It has a lovely pool, and the staff are all great.

Great resort on a beautiful island
Lovely hotel on the edge of Con Son town. Great location! Could walk into town very easily. Rooms were lovely, spacious, modern and enough places to put luggage. Secret Restaurant was fantastic (even though we were the only diners). Breakfast had a lot of options. Had an issue with the shower which was handled oddly, by British standards, but was fixed promptly. Also, in terms of staff Ang was fantastic her English was great and she helped us book an island tour on our last day.
