Lovely hotel
Stayed at the Park House hotel quite a few times and it's a lovely stay. The staff are very friendly, a good breakfast and good choice of food on an evening. The room is very comfy though the bath is tiny. Still a great stay every time we go

A two night break
I was staying to visit my grandson who is at RAF Cosford, so the hotel was very convenient. When I arrived a wedding party was in full swing and so I felt the receptionist was a bit 'short' with me, but then I was tired. The staff the following morning were extremely helpful. I only had breakfast but there was plenty of choice and enough to eat. Should I need to come up to that area again I will certainly think about the Park House Hotel.

Very disappointed from what was a lovely hotel
Having used this hotel several times in the past I was very disappointed. Checking in seemed a chore... non of the welcomes I was used to receiving there, while the reception is now a box rather than the airy reception it used to be. The room itself was shabby, no central heating just two oil heaters stuck in the middle of the floor. The bathroom was shabby and it looked as if the floor hadn't been cleaned in weeks. In the restaurant and bar they appeared very short on staff (with two functions on) so service was very slow and laboured. Staff seemed unhappy in those areas. Breakfast staff and check out were fine. Overall very disappointed and won't be back soon.

Very dated hotel. Cold tap running warm water, shower didn’t even get warm. Overall smell of damp in the annexe rooms. Woken by hearing every word said by the neighbour in the next room who was trying to be quiet.

Clean and tidy throughout. Staff friendly and helpful and drinks reasonably priced. The evening menu is a bit limited and boring for vegans so I didn't eat there. The breakfast is like £13 if purchased once there and not in advance, so cheaper options available. Also the menu for breakfast didn't show vegan options, even if there may have been options upon request. The room was comfortable with an arm chair and shower over bath. Ample free parking. Needs touching up in some areas like peeling paint in room.
