The hotel is very nice, good breakfast and nice variety, attentive staff. Beds and pillows were comfortable , appliances working. Any questions we had were promptly answered. Definitely would stay here again.

Poor called front desk told them their was a leak going through the ceiling into my bath tub....They said they would send someone...No one ever came...Ceiling drywall when we left was soggy and ready to come down...Bad hampton response...Sad...Done with Hampton Inn

We had 2 issues with our stay. 1 was we couldn't figure out the t.v. There was no book or guide in the room to help with the issues. The front did offer to switch our room if we couldnt figure it out but we were alreafy unpacked.
The second issue was the shampoo bottle had no shampoo in it. So just check the bottles before you start to shower. Other than that the staff was nice and the room was clean

The staff was very kind, but there was an unexpected pet fee that wasn’t listed beforehand. I had to switch rooms several times because of unpleasant odors, and the air conditioning had difficulty keeping the room cool.

This hotel had absolutely every amenity we could want...breakfast, fridge, microwave, blackout curtains, fruit in lobby, quiet, comfortable bed, and...most importantly to us....very, very clean. Couldnt have been happier.

Average budget hotel. Area around hotel was an vacant shopping mall and crumbling parking stucture. Beds were uncomforable. Very soft matress. Housekeeping only freshens up your room every two days. We asked for fresh towels and she didnt even take the used, wet towels out of the bathroom.

The Hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and engaging. The Indoor Heated Pool however was “closed for maintenance “. When I travel and compare properties I always try to book a property with a pool and don’t mind paying a little extra to get it. The Hotel website was not updated to reflect the change either.
