Mini is a very good effective communicator. Shez so welcoming with a great smile, provided comfort to the costumers with all the information required. It was at around 3:30 A.M when we reached the hotel and even at that time, she was so active. As she noticed our children, she provided them with fresh muffins understanding that we travelled all the way from Toronto. Rang us after 10 mins. on the room service to know if we are comfortable so far. I personally recommend the management to promote her to the next level in the job.

We stayed only one night so weren’t looking for too many amenities. After a long day of travelling all I was looking for was a clean and comfortable bed. The first room had no working toilet. We went back to front desk and were given a new room. They are under renovations but should keep better track of rooms ready for guest. Breakfast was basic at best.
