The room was very attractive however it was a little battered. Some of the laminate was coming off of the bench. It is a little difficult to make coffee in the space provided so you have to use the bathroom. All in all it was a very nice room and I was very very comfortable. The valet service was great and they allowed me a late check out

River highlands disappointed that you made us always park in valet you didn’t provide a parking lot what you charge to for the rooms then you can’t even offer breakfast with I don’t think will ever come back it’s $20 for breakfast. This was our third stay at this hotel. It’s well located near Healdsburg and wine country. Old town Santa Rosa is a 5 minute walk, good restaurants. We were on freeway side of hotel for first time. Traffic was loud all night. The hotel wasn’t busy and we are gold and platinum members. Why would they put guests there in not necessary when they know it’s a big issue? They are trying but it appears that they’re understaffed.

We were in town for a family event thats started at 4pm. We were hoping for an early check in so we could shower and get dressed but were told that was not possible 4pm was check in, end of conversation.
