General Manager was RUDE ANGRY and I was very uncomfortable with her behavior. She was on the phone arguing with someone while she checked me in, Like i was not there them later that day. She yelled at me andnthen followed me to yell at me some more when all she had to do WAS SAY SORRY.

All staff members service is beyond phenomenal and they all helped my family more than i expected making our stay very comfortable and relaxing. I wish other hotel/motel businesses had more people like them. I have no issues nor complaints about anything here , the staff made me feeling like family. My experience staying here is the reason i have extended my stay here and haven't left. They all deserve a raise.

Arrived late and no one was there to check us in. The after hours phone did not work. We finally got a hold of someone who woke up the night attendant. She was extremely rude at first then was a little nicer. We were not allowed to check in because they said we were to late. I got hotels.com involved & they couldnt do anything but said they would try to get a refund for us. I was later informed the manager never responded or approved the refund so we wouldnt be getting it. The lobby and surroundings were filthy and we were told by someone staying there that there was some sort of accident the day before involving police etc. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The condition of the room was not good, my pull out couch didn’t have a mattress in it so the cushions were leaning back. The chair had cuts in the leather, stains on the wall. Some of the wall outlets didn’t work and I had to replace my room cards three times. I was locked out the building because they demagnetize easily.

Debris on the floor as soon as u hit the elevator to ur room. And the smell. Omg. Must do better. And it seemed like people were living in the parking lot. But good customer service besides the other shenanigans..

Stray Kidz Concert……..Great staff expect for one employee that coped an attitude with my daughter while I was having an emergency but got it taking care of. Great lot beautiful space right across the Truist Park, walking distance and great surroundings
