Room was not clean. No mattress for the pull out couch. Asked front desk for mattress, blankets, and sheets. They said they would bring them and never brought them up.
Did not stay for breakfast. The sheriff was walking off the elevator onto our floor at 6am as we were leaving for the airport. We decided to get our kids out of the hotel.

If I could put 0 I would. The hotel smelled of mold and urine. Moldy shower, missing a door handle in bathroom. The suites do not have a separate room as advertised. We didn’t end up staying and got a new hotel for the night.

The rooms haven’t been updated or maintained and there were broken cabinets & the tub had mold. There were roaches in the room as well. I have to say that when I checked in the staff was helpful and accommodating.

Absolutely horrible! Driving up cars were blocking the driveway, people were smoking weed at the front entrance of the lobby. We were told upon checking in that rooms were being rented out and not cleaned. The service clerk at the front desk walked us to our prepaid room to ensure it was clean, we turned the lights on and there were two roaches crawling on the wall. The man said well at least house keeping cleaned this room. I was like no thank you Id like a refund and then was told well this is Orlando hotels are most likely all sold out! I laughed and said I am a local. I’m sure I’ll find something. And when I said that he started suggesting other hotels. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. They worked with what they have. That being said. I have booked many hotels in my life and this place by far was the worse one. Sketchy location, roaches everywhere, horrible smell, tv and stove did not work, AC was dirty and blew out a horrible smell. The bathroom door handle did not have a lock. The room was dim and the sheets were dirty. Never again.

Checked in and the clerk told us to be careful with the area. A sex worker yelled at my husband when he was trying to park.
Roaches everywhere from the second we walked in our room. The room smelled musty and there were stains on every cloth surface. The drain stoppers were gone or removed. Rusted shower, damages in the bathroom. The shower head pressure was pretty good. The kitchen counter island was loose. I know Extended Stays arent the best but never this awful.

We didn’t stay there . We left and went back home . The room looked like a murder scene from the curtains. The floor was sticky . The sink was clogged . The wash cloths and towels had hair in them . It was really disgusting and I couldn’t believe they gave me that room

Do not come there. It’s horrible. Terrible smalls like mold, marijuana and dirty together. No breakfast, we had to leave to Dunkin near to have breakfast. ( the machine coffee did “tea-coffee “ and the only thing available was muffin.

The room was in deplorable condition. Stained and broken couches, rusted fridge, not even a fork or glass in the kitchen.
We were tired and decided that all we needed was a clean bed and bathroom. Late that night, I found a live cockroach in the bathroom but it was 1am and I decided to disregard it as an anomaly and a FL reality.
The next night when we returned tired from the theme park I killed 4 cockroaches in the first 10 mins; two in the bathroom, one on the wall in the entry and one in the fridge!!!! I was completely disgusted.
I went to complain and ask for a room change but the hotel was overbooked. I tried finding something close by to leave but at 10pm on Saturday of a long weekend, the only things available were very expensive.
I rushed to Walmart to buy roach spray before closing (maintenance couldn’t even provide that). We slept with the kitchen and bathroom lights on.
ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
I am filing a complaint for a full reimbursement.
Also, there was NO BREAKFAST! a few packs of microwave grits. NOTHING ELSE. NOT EVEN COFFEE!

Property is in poor condition. The hallway carpet is disgusting, and the building smells horrible. I booked my room and I wasn’t available so I was booked in a room that clearly had been smoked in. I had to leave and stay somewhere else due to the conditions of the property and smoke smell.
