The best thing about the room was that it was not carpeted and the tv had good basic channels. Otherwise, the building in general smells bad, the “breakfast” was inedible, our ground floor window had a broken lock, it’s generally dingy and depressing. We chose to stay here for relative proximity to the airport without spending over $300. Also we thought the restaurants across the street were accessible. But it’s a schlep to get to the crosswalk and then to the restaurants. (The sushi and the coffee shop were really good though)We chose the place

Room was not clean. No mattress for the pull out couch. Asked front desk for mattress, blankets, and sheets. They said they would bring them and never brought them up. Did not stay for breakfast. The sheriff was walking off the elevator onto our floor at 6am as we were leaving for the airport. We decided to get our kids out of the hotel.

The minute you come inside the hotel, it smelled and it got worse as we went to the room. Just glad it was close to universal studios and we only went for one night to stay over. Absolutely horrible! Driving up cars were blocking the driveway, people were smoking weed at the front entrance of the lobby. We were told upon checking in that rooms were being rented out and not cleaned. The service clerk at the front desk walked us to our prepaid room to ensure it was clean, we turned the lights on and there were two roaches crawling on the wall. The man said well at least house keeping cleaned this room. I was like no thank you Id like a refund and then was told well this is Orlando hotels are most likely all sold out! I laughed and said I am a local. I’m sure I’ll find something. And when I said that he started suggesting other hotels. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. They worked with what they have. That being said. I have booked many hotels in my life and this place by far was the worse one. Sketchy location, roaches everywhere, horrible smell, tv and stove did not work, AC was dirty and blew out a horrible smell. The bathroom door handle did not have a lock. The room was dim and the sheets were dirty. Never again.

We were there all of 28 minutes, from checking in to checking out. My child was sick instantly, from a smell we cannot describe, vomiting immediately after exiting the hallway of the 3rd floor near our room. I entered the room and also felt nauseated, instantly. The room's appearance was inhabitable. The furniture was torn, broken and looked horrible. The stove was completely rusted and the oven door hanging off. Multiple doors and draw covers missing from the cabinetry. This was highly sickening and disappointing. My family was sick and we had no place to book after 12:45am. I was refunded my two-day stay and the staff wasn't hesitant in agreeing to returning my fee, as they could not accommodate our reservation. The hotel needs a lot of work and should be closed until renovations are complete. I'll never forget this horrible experience and how quickly my family was effected by it. Truly sad to false advertise and charge the prices you do for such an underwhelming welcoming from the staff and the disgusting property my family was expected to reside in for the length of our reservation. Disgusting and unsanitary. Sadly disappointing.

Checked in and the clerk told us to be careful with the area. A sex worker yelled at my husband when he was trying to park. Roaches everywhere from the second we walked in our room. The room smelled musty and there were stains on every cloth surface. The drain stoppers were gone or removed. Rusted shower, damages in the bathroom. The shower head pressure was pretty good. The kitchen counter island was loose. I know Extended Stays arent the best but never this awful.
