It is hard to find a hotel at a better location, with a better view and with more enthusiastic, friendly and helpful staff. They have created an atmosphere where every guest feels very welcome. The decoration of the rooms is beautiful. They use only natural materials and have achieved the right balance between modern and traditional. The spa is fantastic, possibly the best procedures I have ever had. The receptionists are very helpful. The staff at the restaurant is very friendly and remembers one's preferences. The house keeping is exceptional. They provide fruit, cookies and good quality coffee in every room. Exceptional.❣️

Sarangkot Mountain Lodge is an amazing place to stay in Pokhara. It’s located on the mountain and has beautiful Annapurna Range views. The staff is very friendly, great hospitality, good food, good rooms, many activities are in walkable distance like zip lining , paragliding, Gandola or cable car to go the Pokhara and lake Phewa. The manager Kamal ji is very friendly , helped us with our flight rebooking and arranging a vehicle to Jomsom area. Amazing staff and hospitality.

If you're staying in Sarangkot, this is the place to stay, a perfect mix of traditional and modern. Rooms are light, airy, spacious, very comfortable, beautifully furnished and scrupulously clean. Very well managed and warm and friendly staff, for whom nothing is too much trouble. Sitting on the terrace enjoying breakfast in the warm sunshine with the magnificent Himalayas as a backdrop, it doesn't get much better than that. Instructions in the room of how to use the tv is about the only improvement I can think of. Very highly recommended.

Over the top service from the welcome song, to the friendly waiters, to the elite masseuses in the Spa, to the surprise decorations of my room, and another surprise welcome song and cake for our amazing special occasion. Excellent place to relax and enjoy Annapoorna mountain range. One can choose a do a short hike along the ridge. The hotel offers pick-and-drop from the cable car point. Sarangkot view tower is walkable (the view from tower is better than the hotel). The staff is very helpful and provided transport out-of-their way even when none was available. Slightly pricy but very enjoyable.
