After reserving a suite with a sofa bed because I was traveling with my 4 year old girl who goes to sleep early and I wanted a separate sleep area so she could go to sleep on time & I could spend time with her older bros, my sons from a previous marriage; they did not have one available be cause they sold out. We made this reservation a full week prior & it was confirmed. My oldest son is an active duty U.S. Marine was deployed for over a year so it’s been over a year since I’ve last spent any time with him. So I had to make the choice to mess with my 4 yr old girls schedule or spend less time with my son. We cant mess up a 4 year olds schedule so I ended up missing out on a lot of time with my son because this hotel “confirmed” a room and then sold them out. I ended up in a double room with no separation so I got to lie in one bed with my daughter in the other bed across the room from me and I was able to text with my son. That was the first introduction to this hotel. DON’T trust your reservation, they do NOT care at all what you paid for and/or “Confirmed”!!!! Next the room isn’t in the greatest shape. It was fairly clean except the drywall broken near the bathtub and the toilet paper holders that constantly dropped the toilet paper on the floor of the bathroom because they are so loose they can’t hold a toilet paper roll.
I don’t have enough characters to express my issues! Im running out of ways to express my problems. And just getting started.
