Really nice surburban hotel 10mins walk from Ca Grande metro station which is about 30mins from the centre of Milan (Duomo) with 1 change. Quiet, clean, easy, no complaints. Standard Ibis setup and quality.

The review is actually for the adjacent Novotel, as we were relocated there as ibis was closing. The staff at the ibis desk were very helpful, explaining the situation and arranging the relocation to Novotel even with early check in. The Rooms in Novotel were good size and comfortable. The outdoors swimming pool was and added bonus during the heatwave. The desk staff at Novotel were very helpful and attentive. The Metro line is a short walk away. There was a good restaurant nearby.

Comfortable Hotel, North of the Core
I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Ibis Milano Ca Granda. Like with other Ibis properties, the service was good, breakfast was filling and the rooms were clean comfortable. The only caveat is that it's not quite at the historic core so it will take a little more time to go where you wanted. Overall, though, I was happy with my choice.

Stayed two nights in July. Some wear and tear due to the age but generally clean and comfortable room and hotel with polite staff. Good airconditioning in the room even with very hot weather outside. The hotel surroundings not particularly aesthetic/pleasant but otherwise good location: easy access arriving by car and good public transport options nearby. Pretty good breakfast at a decent price (though, the juices were very watery). Would choose again.

Decent but poorly soundproofed
The hotel was ok as expected however, the walls are so super thin so you can here every single discussion on the floor like people would be standing next to your bed in your room, doors slamming the whole night so loud, that it shocks you out of sleep.

Staff were all very nice and helpful. Our room however was at the back of the hotel that has a large concreted area with nothing in it. In the evenings and late into the night there were large groups of people hanging around playing music and generally being loud. Even with the window shut it was still very loud. The hotel rooms are very basic so no tea/coffee facilities to use and the beds are pretty flat with one pillow but overall clean and tidy.

The room was very old. The bed was dusty underneath. The AC switches off frequently and in the evening when it is needed, it doesn't work. The staffs were rude and unhelpful. I was forced to take their membership inorder to chein early. Pathetic experience overall. The condition of bathroom shower and bath were substandard. Won't recommend to anyone.

We only use this hotel as it is close too the hospital for my son's 6 monthly visits. It's a bit rough and the rooms are small. This time it took 2 changes to get a room that didn't have broken window but they didn't update the system and someone walked into the bedroom whilst getting ready for a bath!

Title: Terrible Stay at Ibis Hotel - A Mosquito-Infested Nightmare Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Our stay at Ibis Hotel was a complete disaster. The first room had a leaking bathroom ceiling, torn curtains, and swarms of mosquitoes. The second room had a broken air conditioner. Despite relocating to a third room, the mosquito problem persisted, forcing us to leave at 5 am. The hotel's poor maintenance and inability to address basic issues made for an utterly unpleasant experience. Avoid at all costs.

Hotel padrão Ibis bem localizado.
Hotel limpo e bem localizado, relativamente proximo da estação Central e estação Garibaldi (acessíveis por metro e tram). Quarto espaçoso, limpo, porem os colchões das camas eram um pouco finos/desconfortaveis..banheiro limpo e espaçoso. a iluminação era um tanto quanto escura (poderia ter luminaria mais claro). O unico porem da estadia era o ar-condicionado (com defeito ou não estava funcionando), o que tornava o quarto bem abafado (calor), o que nos obrigou a ter que abrir as janelas para conseguir dormir.
