The staff was super friendly and helpful. The gentleman who checked us in confirmed the hotel was attached to the arena and gave us directions to get there. He also advised they offer a shuttle around town so we didn't have to drive anywhere or pay for an Uber. They offered us an umbrella to use while out and about since it was raining. They had free beverages in the lobby, flavored water and root beer on tap. the room was spacious, we loved the heavy drapes that blocked the early morning light. It was probably the quietest night I've ever spent in a hotel which was wonderful after a late night. If I ever go back to Sioux Falls I would absolutely stay there.

We got the room with king size bed and sleeper sofa, which also had a nice leather chair -- so very spacious. Also had attractive decor and very clean bathroom. Staff at the front desk was very helpful in reserving us a shuttle to the airport. ONLY disappointment was that we thought maybe the lounge/bar area would have offered some specials or something, since it was New Years Eve.
