Good breakfast, nice and welcoming staff. The interior has seen better days though. The room I had had proof of well use, and the cleaning was not what should have been expected. Refrigerator didn’t work when I checked in, bathroom door was hard to stay shut, and AC wasn’t at the temerity expected. But in general, Okay hotel with great closeness to shopping mall and city center. Decent gym is a pluss

Impeccable service and hospitality, from the top to the bottom. Wonderful staff. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the security, and they were so kind, friendly and professional. It set the tone for my entire trip to Kenya. This hotel is very well managed. The food at their restaurant is delicious, and the executive chef is very active with the guests inside and outside of the restaurant.

A really great hotel!
A perfect hotel in a perfect location in Westlands just by shopping mall Sarit Center with all its shops and restaurants. Very safe and clean. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Really nice large gym and two good restaurants. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of options.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food with a lot of variety. Excellent security. Walking distance to shopping. My only suggestions are to do occasional deep cleaning to maintain areas like the shower grout, and that the restaurant bring the food and drinks more quickly. Overall, an excellent place to stay.
