Breakfast food was average-nothing special. Staff was accommodating. The sliding closet doors in the bathroom were derailed upon arrival. The inside of the door to the shower/tub combo was dinged up and top of door frame was soiled. It was less than I expected at a Marriott Property.

During check in, staff was very nice and pleasant. When we got to the room, we put our stuff in and had to immediately leave for my daughter’s tournament. We got back to the hotel and realized we had no towels, only washcloths. Not ideal when my daughter had just spent 6 hours playing volleyball. We went down to the desk and were told there were no towels at all anywhere. No towels in pool area either. The room was not very clean, the sheets were dirty on main bed and when pulling out the couch bed there was a huge orange stain right in the middle of the topper. The wash clothes also had hair on them. Next morning we went down and breakfast had little food and we had to ask if more was coming out, which it did, but was a lot for one person to manage that and desk and various requests. We again asked about towels and were told they were in the dryer. How was no laundry done at night for towels? We were told they would be brought to our room, which they were not, and we finally got them at 10:15AM. Checkout was scheduled for 11:00. They did let us check out late so we could shower. Water was cold when we tried though so that was unfortunate. Staff both mornings were nice and I felt they were trying but hotel was struggling to keep up with being filled the night before. I would not return here.
