Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We had a 1st floor room and it had been renovated, room I saw on the 3rd floor hadn’t been. Sharma on the desk was so accommodating getting us the right room as my husband was having surgery so couldn’t walk far. Breakfast was pretty good. Advertised as a heated pool however it’s still seasonal so wasn’t open.

This hotel is in a great location, easy to get to downtown Vancouver, short walk to grocery store, restaurants, movie theater and everything you could need. Breakfast food was barely passable. It's not that difficult to make good fresh food but somehow we're still served cold premade omelettes and hard sausages. Fair to say though this is a problem at every hotel in North America. So yourself and your family a favor and go to Mc'D or the grocery store and buy your own food Second problem: it's 2024 and we're stuck with plain old regular cable TV. Gross. We want streaming options, figure it out, lots of other hotels have.
