In need of refurbishment
Room was shabby, in need of refurbishment. Cracked tiles, dusty. Only sockets on one side of the bed. Half of the tv channels didn't work. Good location. Parking was €11 for 24 hours.

It was enough, but would not stay again.
The hotel was comfortable enough but we were disappointed when the ceiling leak dripped on us while we were sitting in the lobby, and in the room both the tea kettle and ironing board were broken. We also wished that the shower didn’t spray water all over the floor and that the bath anti-slip mat had not been moldy on the backside. The restaurant food was tasty and once ordered, delivered quickly. However we waiting an awfully long time between being seated and having our order taken- and never received a drinks menu, even after we asked for one. The music playing from the car park adjacent to the hotel all night was disruptive as well.

2/10 Poor

Horrible location
Worst stay of my life. Beds uncomfortable, pillows hard as a rock, walls super thin. Neighbors kept me awake all night with their noises, yelling and screaming. Super noisy. Location is right off the street and the bus stop was right outside our window. All night hearing people talking and yelling.

2/10 Poor

The most of the staff we interacted with were very helpful, nice and professional. The lady who checked us in gave us fantastic help and tips for our stay. Within a few minutes of arriving at the hotel, a manager rudely told us check in wasn’t until 3pm. She did not ask if we had an early check in just assumed we didn’t. First impressions of the room were good but then we noticed the sheets, towels and robes had stains on them. We had a large balcony but it was filthy, the door to it was not cleaned in a long time neither was the windows that open, they had webs all over them. The tv didn’t work at all, we had planned on mentioning later in the day when we had time. At 10.30pm the electricity in our room went, we contacted front desk to let them know. It was only our room and next door that seemed to be affected. Within an hour we had 3 people check the room, we were told they would call the electrician to come take a look. We were not offered another room, we were left in a room with no electricity or A/C. We fell asleep waiting for the electrician who never arrived. Around 2 am our lights came back but no electricity. When we got up the next morning we checked and still no electricity, on our way down to breakfast we advised front desk that our electricity still wasn’t restored. The front desk and on duty manager said they would look into it. After breakfast we checked the sockets and found one that worked, luckily, we used that when getting ready. No maintenance came to ou

A lovely hotel that met our needs nicely. Checkin staff were excellent and very friendly. We felt a little unsafe walking back to the hotel and being on level 2, could hear much of the external noise very easily. Sounded like our windows were open, however had bern shut. Overall would recommend.

Normally, I would’ve gone out late at night, but had an early travel plans. There was Quite a lively restaurant next-door that went into the wee hours. I’m assuming a lot of tequila shots.
