Very nice layout on the 1 bedroom suite. Great set up for families. Room was very clean.
The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant! The rooms were clean and well appointed. My only negative comment is that the walls are VERY thin - you could hear alarm clocks going off in other rooms, even people snoring at night.
Hotel looked newly renovated and was very clean. The staff took COVID precautions very serious but still have the amenities Homewood Suites is known for.
My family & I accidentally left our hygiene bag and we called and scheduled a pick up time, when I picked our bag up we had 3 items missing out of our bag. Not to mention the shower floor was so uneven and door wouldn’t stay closed. This was not the best hotel we’ve stayed at.

Our stay was amazing. It was our first time staying and just loved the hotel overall. I really loved the kitchen and the pool.

This was the 1st time we have spent the night outside of home since February so we were a little anxious to see the safety and cleanliness measures that were taking place at the hotel. We found the hotel and room to be very clean, everyone was wearing masks and there were social distancing signs and reminders about wearing masks posted around the hotel. Check-in was easy, quick and professional and the folks at the desk were very polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet was not available due to COVID however tea/coffee was still available. A substitute breakfast 'bag' was available however we didn't try it. The pool area was also open with restrictions in place on the number of people allowed to use it at any one time. Overall a pleasant stay and we felt comfortable with the precautions that were taking place.
Was ok had stayed at this hotel before this time was not as good as before room I requested was not one I thought I was supposed to have on line requested room service for just trash and towels didn’t receive that day woke next morning to kitchen full of ants eating our fudge on counter manager was nice enough but really couldn’t explain what could be done to correct probability of going back to this hotel is not good we go Williamsburg about 5 to 6 times a year because of season tickets holders for park really dissatisfied because are first stay at this hotel was promising really didn’t expect to see like a room full of ants 🐜 eating our food when we woke up next morning I have pictures I showed counter person still on my phone if anyone would like to contact me please feel free I could send you photos 😔
