zu o.g. Buchung haben wir bei Ihnen eine Wohnung im Summertime Family Resort gebucht. Es ist soweit alles in Ordnung, allerdings bleibt die tägliche Reinigung aus. Wir haben uns bei der Buchung extra für Hotels.comentschieden obwohl es ca. 400€ teuerer war als andere Anbieter, weil uns die tägliche Reinigung sehr wichtig und es uns wert war. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Betreiber ist die tägliche Reinigung definitiv nicht möglich. Sie haben diese bereits aus der Beschreibung raus genommen. Ich bitte Sie diesen Fall zu prüfen und uns eine entsprechende Lösung bzw. Entschädigung anzubieten. Bei weiteren Fragen stehe ich Ihnen unter +49 160 954 055 91 zur Verfügung.
