The hotel is very luxurious. Upon check in, we were greeted with a welcome drink. I didn’t the room was a family suite. The bedroom was huge and there were 2 bathrooms. The suite was too big for the two of us. However we really enjoyed our stay there. We could ask for bottled water anytime for free. We felt that we were being pampered by the staff. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good location per se, but bit far from most places. It's a resort, great for family and elderly. Not that great for singles or friends. Breakfast was ok initially, but last couple of days it deteriorated with most items running out Property is decent and room are fine. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! As a single traveler, I sometimes feel slighted, but definitely did not feel that here! And the grounds are gorgeous! Totally recommend room 263!! It has a balcony and monkeys came right to me every morning!

Under my circumstances the hotel was beautiful. Careful in the sun. I got a little sunburned because of a lack of enough umbrellas. But great place. Prices in bar and restaurants a bit high.
