Very loud music at midnight so hard to sleep
When we entered the room, we realized that the sofa bed was broken and did not fully open. I immediately messaged the situation to Despina, the manager of the hotel. She said she didn't know about this, that the lady in charge of cleaning didn't give any information, and that she would talk to her right away. The next day, my daughter was having a hard time on a bed that wasn't fully opened, and I wanted them to fix it. She said it couldn't be fixed because it was Sunday. I asked for it to be fixed the next day but she didn't get back to us until she left the room. I was very upset that they met us with a broken and not fully opened bed and did not solve the problem for 5 days. There are also many bars and restaurants just below the room. Very loud music sounds until 3 o'clock at night. especially on the weekend music gets louder and it is impossible to sleep. By the way, the location of the room was very central and very close to attractions.

Bed was comfortable. Area around property is excellent! Lots of dining options and feels very safe to walk around. Very quaint and happening part of Athens. Cons: Elevator seems very unsafe. Exposed wires, wobbly, too small for 2 people and 2 suitcases, doesn’t move right away, you are left standing inside it wondering if it is stuck or not. Would suggest only using for luggage and not people. We used it once and then not again, chose to carry our large suitcases back down the stairs. If you are a large person, you will not fit into the bathroom b/c clearance between door and vanity counter is only an inch or two. I am a small person and found it challenging. Communication with property owner is quick, which is good, but they are way too concerned with yodelling you breakfast or a taxi to the airport. I had to contact them several times b/c all I wanted was detailed walking instructions and not all of the other info. We had to ask several people, but eventually found it. Detailed instructions with a pdf map with landmarks would have been a huge help.
