This place was absolute disgusting. There were what I assume was human hair and a yellow stain under the covers on the bed. I found a different hotel to stay that night and they denied me a refund. Will never stay at this or any other extended stay again.

It looks nothing like the pictures!!! When arriving even though it is non smoking room, the room smelled completely like cigarette smoke. The carpet was dirty and the light in the restroom did not work. My partner and I had to pee and shower with the door open to get light from the kitchen. We felt uncomfortable the whole trip. We had sprayed the bed down with Lysol that we came with. We were from out of town and didn’t expect to have to stay in such a terrible hotel.

Worst customer service imaginable
One of the worst customer experiences of my life. They only allow check-in until 10 PM (never heard of that for a hotel, let alone one adjacent to an airport). The app said check-in was until midnight, got there at 11 and was stranded. Had to book a last minute hotel somewhere else. Avoid at all costs, there was a nicer Hampton Inn just down the street that has 24 hour check in and better customer service

Bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Tub/shower valve did not engage properly, pushing only ~20% of water through the shower head. Elevator hallway smelled of urine and weed. Disgusting experience.

Only in a pinch... and even then I'm not sure....
The staff in the office were nice enough but this is a run-down property. I would only stay here in a pinch (which I was in after my flight was cancelled). I came to the room to find the door ajar and clearly someone had the pillows arranged on the bed for them to lie down and be comfortable. The whole placed REEKED of smoke even though it supposedly was a non-smoking property. I hate leaving reviews like this but this was one of the worse I've seen.

Avoid. Reeks of smoke in a non smoking room, not a good area at night. Rooms are dirty, dilapidated, and faucets and furniture are broken. Check in was also not warm or friendly. Overall, spend the extra $30 and go anywhere else.
