The hotel is slightly on the more "worn" side, but it was clean and acceptable. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The pool/beachside bar and restaurant was delicious and the staff were so kind. The beach area, while small, is lovely and was not overcrowded. Pedro was very accommodating and gave us great advice on money exchange, restuarants, etc.

The room was clean as was the rest of the facility. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the facility need some work. Twice we had no water and the other two couples traveling with us rarely had hot water for showering. Also, we had booked three rooms on the bottom floor because two of the people in our group had mobility issues and we only got one.

Let’s say 3.5. Outdoor space was fantastic. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Con- no coffee maker in room or lobby for that matter. No cold water one morning. Wanted to call front desk and even if phone was on desk, there was no Jack to plug it in. So much for 911. We appreciated water bottles, Apple and banana when we arrived but they were not replaced for the rest of the stay. Hats off to dj by the pool. Choice of music was fantastic.
