The hotel is slightly on the more "worn" side, but it was clean and acceptable. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The pool/beachside bar and restaurant was delicious and the staff were so kind. The beach area, while small, is lovely and was not overcrowded. Pedro was very accommodating and gave us great advice on money exchange, restuarants, etc.

Room was clean, front desk staff good, common areas (pool and beach and lobby) good, restaurant staff at beach could communicate better, need a few menus available at beach restaurant instead of just menus available on a QR code. Wasn’t working and they had no regular menus so we left. Beautiful property, will most like return someday. Perfect location in Puerto Aventuras close to restaurants etc.
