From checkin to check out nothing but awesome. The front desk clerk was so very helpful. She found us reservations for a great evening meal, and also explained the best way to utilize the bus and train to get into Munich. It was very helpful and made our trip much easier.

We had a wonderful stay here. The front desk was extremely helpful and so friendly, and when we asked the housekeeping staff to add extra bedding and towels they were efficient and neat. The bathroom was one of the biggest I've come across in Europe and we just loved everything about our stay!
