Perfectly located in Beverly Hills!
The location is amazing. Interior is old, but classy. In some rooms the showers are adventures small and I do not know how an avarage overweight person shall fit in there....after all, I still like the price/performance!

Could be a Wonderful Hotel with a Refurbishment.
The location was wonderful considering the cost of the neighboring hotels. Cost of Maison 140 was very affordable! But the hotel itself was sorely in need of a refurbish. Mold in the bathroom grouting and a lot of work looked unprofessional in the tiling, etc. and the most inconvenient part was that the phones didn't work. But if you don't mind all that, it was very conveniently placed in Beverly Hills.

Left before dawn just to no longer be in that room
This place is not worth the price. Run down, carpet had a huge black stain in the hall, bedroom furnishings had absolutely seen better days, and the room smelled like a can of febreeze exploded when I entered. Luckily, one of the two windows would stay open to air it out - yes, only one because the other window would open but not stay open because it was broken. Thankfully, I only booked one night and it was so ick that I left before dawn just to no longer be in that room.

The bed was really comfy, there’s a quant little bar in the lobby. The bathroom is a tad bit small, as far as showering goes, but I’d definitely stay here again!
