Alright but on the worse side
It was alright. Bed had a few stains on it, terrified for bed bugs. There was smoke debris like they hadn’t cleant the place before we went in there. There was sticky stuff on the lamp for whatever reason. TLDR, nice location, the cracker barrel and texas roadhouse is perfect, but the rooms are kind of gross. wouldn’t go back

Horrible Hotels.com service and poor hotel.
Hotels.com did not make my reservation properly, so I did not have a reservation when I arrived. It took 1.5 hours to get to a hotels.com customer service agent, then all she could do was offer a refund…leaving me tired, stranded, and having to pay more for a room. The room itself had bedbugs and someone else tried to enter about 2am. So…. Failure on all accounts

Bathtub has been 'refreshed' with something akin to paint. it is all peeling and flaking. Spoke with another guest over breakfast - same bath tub condition. Anything that would absorb noise is gone. The guests next door were talking - at normal level- until 2am. Noise came right thru the walls.

It was terrible. The breakfast was inedible. We stayed for three days because of a hurricane and housekeeping was only done one time. The ice machine kept breaking and an alarm would go off and no one would do anything. i finally unplugged it so we could sleep.

The room was clean but the smell was stuffy and old. Turned the ac on but the smell lingered. The water pressure was very low to take a shower and there was repairs done for leaks and it was tacky. Remodel of bathrooms would be nice. Breakfast bar was nice shoukd extend to 10am and offer bacon. Staff was friendly. Pool wasn't open and that was disappointing.
