Overall, I had a good stay. The room was very clean, the shower stayed hot, and the water pressure was amazing. I also really liked that the room had streaming services, plus the mini kitchen and full refrigerator were a big plus. The breakfast was good and definitely convenient. My only suggestions would be adding a second elevator, since having just one in the front can be a bit inconvenient, and upgrading the gym would be nice as well. The couch was a little on the hard side, but still manageable. Overall, I’d stay here again.

Amazing room it was so clean, the breakfast was amazing! And the staff was out of this world. I will be back when I visit charlotte again! The lady in the kitchen Tanya was amazing greeted us as soon as we came down for breakfast and Tahjé was very nice and greeted us checking in and checking out answered concerns. They both kept a smile every time we seen them. Customer service was great! They need a raise!

The room had no air conditioning. The manager said “what the f*** am I supposed to do about it,” after our third time to the front desk. The maintenance worker and a brand new employee were the only ones who tried to help resolve the issue. We still ended up with no AC the entire stay, 90 degrees outside and 77 in the suite. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good. Otherwise good stay except management and the AC issue.

Newly renovated and newopened in October 2025. Fresch hotel with complimentary breakfast. Breakfast is good, with excellent service; bacon/sausage, scrambled and boiled eggs, potatoes, porridge, youghurt, bread, belgian pannkakes, fruit, muffins, coffe/tea, juices etc. - absolutley ok. Rooms have separate sleepingroom, this is pleasant. The "TV-room" has a bedsofa. Both rooms have big TV. Nice outdoorpool open until 9 pm. Selfparking, however $10/night! Close to airport. Aircon. Small kitchen with microwave (big owen with 21 bottoms - I prefer two bottoms: Power and Time - makes it so much easier for one time users), stowe and frigde with deepfridge. I miss safetyboxes in the room. Housekeeping.ä only evey 2nd day so wecran out of pucko to coffemachine as well as the soap in the shower. Asked if I could have 1 hr late checkout - not possible. Sometimes loud noices through poorly loud isolated doors from corridor (caused by housekeeping) - as vell as via window from parkinglot. My recommendations for this Hotel, would definetley stay here again. Value for your money.

Charlotte Airport canceled all flights. The entire hotel was booked with tired people who were at the airport all day. The staff was absolutely amazing the entire stay. They were quick with checking us all in as fast as they could. The hotel was clean and rooms were nice. The next morning for breakfast they kept the food full the entire time. Thank you for all you did to help us!!
