When booking room it showed complimentary breakfast but upon arriving there was not, it had a subpar "restaurant". The room i was in the ceiling was sagging and split, so i could see into the attic area above the room, and the day i was leaving saw a huge roach near the bathroom.

Very friendly And knowledgeable staff. Accommodations were made for handicap. Pricing was excellent as an overall very good place to stay when I am back in Lufkin. I will stay there again.

When I walked in there was a used needle and syringe in the doorway, turned on the light and there were roaches on the bed and nightstand. I didn’t even put my bag down, just turned around and canceled my stay. The guy at the front desk was friendly though, so that was a plus
