Was not given the room reserved. Was initially given room with broken tv, then transferred to a room that smelled like urine, shower head broken. Pictures are a lie, hotel front desk and rooms do not look like that. Motel 6 has cleaner area. I checked out early and they agreed to credit back, lie. Front staff also kept my ID at check in and didn't try to return it. pretended to tried to reach me via call. Never did actually call.

We did not end up staying at this location because the room was so dirty. The couch and chair were super small, severely stained and looked like they’d been scratched by a cat. Counters were sticky, floors were dirty, so had we didn’t even want to put our stuff down. Thankfully the staff person was understanding and gave me a full refund.

Terrible experience. Upon arrival, I had to call and ask to switch us a room because the room 210 had a broken bed that my daughter almost fell off. Asked for clean sheets and towels as we stayed overnight. This was not done. Door was jammed did not properly lock and shower felt weak as soon as you stepped in felt like it was going to cave in.

The employee that checked me in walked away and left me without a word after checking me in for 40 minutes without giving me my room key. Several people came in and left because no one was at the desk. When i asked to speak with the owner later another employee said the person that checked me in is the owner. I had a long drive to this hotel and to be kept waiting for a key frustrated me. This hotel is not only in a precarious location but I found it ungracious as well.
