Advertised breakfast. When asked where to go was told "oh no breakfast" When asked about coffee was told "on 2nd floor but its empty" Asked where ice machine told "machine broken" The hotel is in a very poor location Many street people around and it appeared some of them stayed in the hotel. Floor in room squeaked when walked on - like it was dirty.

Room was dirty, tv remote was broken, part of the wooden bed frame had been on fire at on point and time. Mildew buildup in the shower, The area is sketchy lots of people in and out and sleeping in the parking lot

The room was perfect and the staff were amazing! And all the staff was perfectly polite and friendly! There was an issue where my reservation was double booked and the staff solved it before I even had a chance to talk to them about it! From now on when I visit Everett I will only stay here

There were people smoking cigarettes right outside the front door. Our room key wouldn’t work. There are bugs flying in the bathroom and there were no beverages coffee tea breakfast anything

Don’t go here it’s disgusting the room recks of mold there bugs everywhere they don’t clean it’s the most disgusting place I’ve ever been I don’t even know how their in business or how the way the room is don’t waste ur money i check right out after going in the room I was too disgusted to even sit on anything

This hotel would be great for doing drugs, shooting a porno, or just a simple bed to sleep for the night. The good: the staff was very courteous and helpful. The sheets were clean. The bad: the suite was sterile feeling with no art or carpets and just one small light in the ceiling (there are little lights above the bed). Lots of open space. Freezing cold, the heater hadn't been turned on. I could see the stains on the bed through the sheet. Floor felt sticky under my shoes so i decided not to take my shoes off the whole stay. Oh and the elevator inapection expired in 2024.

So there was no refrigerator in the room, the microwave was there but it didn't work, and top it all off.... On our last day, new years day, we went down for breakfast and the door was locked I looked at my watch and it was 723am so I go to what the called front desk I asked if breakfast is open he said, "NO BREAKFAST IT HOLIDAY TODAY!"
My mind blown away by the red lion inn!!! I never thought that would ever happen From that name!!

There was no coffee anywhere. Multiple things in the room were broken, such as lamps. There was no plug for the bathtub.The floor in the room was sticky. We couldn’t use the ice bucket because there was no liner. I didn’t see an ice machine anyway. We got to breakfast before it was over and there was nothing but bread for toast and some fruit. Only ice cold coffee and no creamer. Honestly the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. Not to mention they are holding $100 deposit on top of the room fee plus a random $45 charge.

Pro: Very comfortable beds. Clean with memory foam mattress. Con: pile of garbage from previous guest beside the sink, sticky hotel room floor, intense smell from cleaning solution, and a sparse breakfast (available at 7 am: coffee, milk, one yogurt, 5 pieces of white bread, 2 individual packs of Froot Loops, a couple of bananas).

This is a situation of, “you get what you pay for.” Affordable and convenient for why we were in the area. The rooms were decent, simple, and clean. The hotel was located in a pretty “ghetto” part of town but had lots of food and shopping options. Breakfast was included but you would honestly never know it was an option because the food was almost non existent. No one was waiting at the front desk, ever unless you rang for them. Like I said, it’s a place to lay your head for the night but nothing special.
