Gorgeous resort.
Beautiful location and hotel. Nice restaurant, however dinner menu is a bit limiting, especially for vegetarians, offering only 1 vegetarian entree. The menu doesn’t rotate during a week, so if you have a long stay, it gets boring unless you go eat other places. Breakfast was very nice. Staff nice and helpful.

Beautiful stay near Atlantic coast with spa and restaurant on site. The food was all delicious; the pool refreshing and nearby river and ocean spectacular, watched the sunrise every morning from the benches near the beach and had dinner every night at the restaurant - pizzas and everything on menu fantastic as are the drinks from the bar

A good experience with no so good food
The room was large and spacious and as pictured with good AC The resort was quiet and isolated which made for a rest full stay. They were able to setup tours from the resort as well as airport transportation. The downside to the resort is that is only 1 restaurant on site. The food was poor to average and very overpriced with no fresh seafood options so bring lots of snacks. Half of the staff were friendly and the a few seemed to be annoyed with helping

The rooms were so nice with lovely balconeys overlooking the gardens. They have night time sea turtle experts who will let you see the turtles coming back and forth from dropping their eggs. The food is good and the service is awesome.

Not much activities to do there and around the area but theres a big landscape for creating your own picnic, etc. the food was ok, not much of a variety mainly caribbean cusine. The staff at the resturant and receptions were great. Overall i will rate 7.5/10. every resort has its pro and cons depending on a person's expection. will i recommend? yes!

Beautiful site on a cove facing the Atlantic. The staff are great and very knowledgeable and helpful. Leatherback turtles nest in the cove and the staff work with a conservation group to facilitate turtle watching. Excellent place to base our visit in Dominica.

This property is so tranquil and eco-friendly. We feel like we are in the midst of nature and wake up to add lol sorts of birds, lizards, and rainforest sounds. This is our second time staying at this property and it looks to be further maintained and cleaned up since our last stay. We love the pool as well and do many great hikes nearby if you know who to ask and can get a guide for the tougher ones. You should have a car to truly enjoy everything around!

Delightful nature retreat
What an amazing retreat! I was delighted with my stay in Rosalie Bay Eco Hotel and Spa. The grounds were so peaceful and full of wildlife. The river was accessible and full of fish. I found time to relax on the beach although the Atlantic is a lot stronger on this side of the island, so no swimming. Thank you to Daryl for taking me to see relatives in La Plaine and to Diana for an amazing relaxing aromatherapy massage. There is a wide variety of tasty food in the restaurant and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The pool is peaceful and a great way to cool off as well as the morning rain.

We had a wonderful stay at Rosalie Bay Eco Resort. The experience of waking up early and walking around the property renews the mind - so calming and inspiring. The rooms are well designed and along with the beautiful outdoors really give the property that eco-friendly feel. A lovely hotel. Unpretentious. Not trying to be 5*, but doing what it does very well. Staff excellent all very friendly and accommodating. Adjusted their dishes to accommodate dietary requirements. Grounds are beautiful and well kept. Communication good. Bed comfy. Air con worked. Massive modern bathroom. A couple of times the shower was tepid rather than hot but as the bathroom has no air con and the outside temperature was hot and humid it wasn’t a massive issue.

My family and I started our stay with a group day pass and had a wonderful time at the pool. We were a large group of 22 so getting food was a bit slow. However, the options, flavor and taste more than made up for it. The pool is by far the best I've experienced at a resort. Perfect temperature all the time and wonderful ambience. My husband and I then stayed on for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. The room was lovely, spacious, clean awesome river view. We did kayaking on the river which was fun! And even had a cool river bath. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food is absolutely the best! We did a private dinner, 4 course meal and everything was delicious! We will be back.

Rosalie Bay Eco Resort is amazing! Our family of 4 stayed for more than a week (7years old and 16 years old son) and we LOVED every aspect of the property. Upon our arrival an attentive letter was awaiting us and I loved the details with the fresh flowers all over the room. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated, the beds are very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom (with tub) in our suite was amazing. We have the best view on the ocean, great background sounds... We had some problems with the ac, but the staff made an effort to fix it as soon as possible and keep us posted about the progress. We were changed to another suite for 2 nights, which surprisingly had a river view. I cannot decide which view we loved the best haha. The surroundings of the resort are breathtaking. The mountains, the green lush rainforest, you can make nice walks on the beach, on the property. Rosalie Bay Resort has one of the best pools of all accommodations on the island, I am certain of that! It is big, surrounded by beautiful plants and the water has a very nice temperature. All the staff is local, loved that so much, and all of them are very polite, helpful, sweet, and give you an amazing welcome home feeling. The chef in the kitchen can prepare super delicious meals, we enjoyed the menu so much. As a bonus we met someone at the beach from the Turtle Rescue, and our kids were invited to help and assist in giving the rescued baby turtles a chance to go sea. AMAZING EXPERIENCE
