Overall a good 2 nite stay, bus shuttle from hotel to airport may need to be addressed, to many people after 1 hour wait not enough vans for transport. Hotel guests just walk to front of the line , no system to give numbers or ticket when overflow of people are waiting. Maybe a roped area first come first serve not a mob of people gathering pushing to get on the van. WiFi was out most of the day, room key stopped working, a bus load of guests arrived with 1 very busy person at the welcome desk, you will need transportation if staying in my opinion it is further away from the airport than listed. Front desk helpful with all issues. Breakfast was fair, then again this is a stop off before you depart. No American news channel, CNN but do have Chinese channel. Bedroom spacious and clean with good AC.

Horrible service and not clean
What was good: location and distance to the airport, free shuttle, and breakfast. However, I would’ve traded those for good service and cleanliness. The staff was beyond rude and unaccommodating. It took us an hour to get our cheeseburgers in the hotel restaurant, meanwhile there were customers who came after us who got their food before us, ate, and left. I had to even get up three times to go get our waiter because he left and never came back to take our drink order, our food order, or check on us after we ordered. When we finally got our burgers, they said they ran out of ketchup and mayonnaise. I have never, ever, stayed at a hotel where they ran out of condiments. The hotel room had not been vacuumed as well when we checked in. I took my shoes and socks off to take a shower when we got in and there was hair and debris stuck to my foot. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because it was near the airport and we had a flight the next day. Unfortunately, I will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone. Service is senior to selling and so is cleanliness.

Newly spruced up airport hotel with a pseudo jungle vibe and a really nice garden where you can sit out and kids can wander around. The environment is unusually green with plenty of trees, etc --rare an airport hotel. We had dinner downstairs. The food was actually very good but the service really slow. We waited close to an hour for our main course to arrive...The barman/waiter apologized--the kitchen had mixed up our order. The breakfast was so-so--artificial orange juice and no granola or healthy cereal (corn flakes...). Other than that, the hotel is fine. The room was nice and bed very comfortable. Would stay there again if the need arose.

Not my favorite stay
First of all, this property has been sold to another company, and I’m lucky I discovered the new name at the last minute (Jangle). The taxi driver at the airport was unaware of either name. The smell of the entire hotel carpet was suffocating. No windows can open. The beds are like bowls, sunken in from overuse. I asked to change rooms once. The second room’s bed was a tiny bit better. The tv didn’t work. Someone came to check, to no avail. The clock in the room was behind, so I missed my shuttle by a couple of minutes. I do appreciate the staff having brought the shuttle back. Paris Charles de Gaulle airport is a nightmare! Especially in August, you do need 3 hours to get through the many points of check in. The hotel is 10+ minutes from the airport. The room was clean, but the bed- unacceptable.

Great for a stopover near CDG Airport
I needed a place to stay overnight near the CDG Airport to catch a flight the next day. Great location - there is a free shuttle bus that takes about 10-15 minutes and runs every 30 minutes. Excellent service from the hotel, room very nice - the price was very good - everything was great except the restaurant staff was not great - the only reason it was not excellent all around. Like many restaurants, it was plagued by young people (mid 20s) many of whom (I find) are not particularly diligent about customer service. As for the 'eco-friendly', I just put neutral in my review because I have no idea. It didn't seem to be particularly good or particularly bad in that regard. For a stopover near an airport I owuld say it can't be beat.
