Great place. Incredible views. Great food. A little bit expensive, but not out of what other places in St. Thomas charge. The only thing they should tell everyone is that there are a lot of stairs and if someone is disabled or not athletic or old, they should be notified if they need a room at the at the top.

Incredible views from the property! Wonderful breakfast. Great staff, friendly and helpful. However there are a lot of stairs on the property and there was some remodeling being done during our visit. There is no longer a bar in the pool area but there is one at the restaurant. We loved the property and staff but one draw back is having to take a taxi to go anywhere, no safe walking options nearby and the property is not ADA friendly.

The property is very quaint and has a European vibe and beautiful views of Charlotte Amelie. The free Breakfast was wonderful and for the price I think it is a great deal! Downsides: Bed was not super comfortable, but I slept fine anyhow. It is on top of a very steep street and you cannot walk down to Charlotte safely. You will need to taxi or rent a car. Parking was adequate. There are a lot of stairs! My 79 year old mother would not be able to stay here.

Dinner and Breakfast were amazing! The room was spacious, the room was cold but the AC in the king size bedroom leaked water into a bucket which was loud. It's some updates but it was a nice room ànd we were able to sleep after our flight was cancelled.

Had a great day. Had dinner at the restaurant for New Year’s Eve. It was phenomenal, bartender Larry was terrific and so is the whole weight staff. We swam at the pool, which was nice. The view from the villa was spectacular. The villa and some of the finishes are a little dated and on the dingy side, but it was exactly as advertised and would definitely stay again. It was quite perfect for what we needed.
