The lobby is very pretty, but the rooms are such a bubble buster. Teeny, tiny bathrooms, rust, a freezer that our items got stuck in and couldn't remove at checkout, disappointing television service.
You can't even connect an HDMI to watch your own stuff from your laptop.
They close off the lounge and pool after a certain time, so if you need to take a break from your room after that's closed, or you're a night owl, this isn't the place for you.
We needed extra bedding for our baby to sleep on the floor in our room. They said they didn't have any, so we went out and bought a crib mattress from Target instead. It looks like a luxury hotel, but it's a shallow experience. Once you get in, you realize it's not very deep.
The staff is very friendly. We didn't get to experience the breakfast because it was so crowded every morning. The couch was too firm, the carpet felt dirty.
