Decent for the price
The place is clean, nice staff, convenient location. The down side is we were next to a parking garage with paper thin windows and constant alarms and honking until way into the night. Not the hotel’s fault but… still experienced it.

Nice property but unexpected charges
We were there for a gymnastics competition. Were happy with the property. The amenities that were thought to be included we were charged for. This stay was during the Palisades fire. We paid $18/ day for parking, $10/day for a cot, and $5/day for a microwave! This was not advertised when I booked. Profiting off tragedy is horrendous.

Good location
Best deal near the parks. Walkable but maybe take a ride on the way back as you’ll probably be tired of walking all day. Parking is cheap in comparison to all other hotels in the area. Beds are comfortable, room spacious and clean.

The room was a good size, beds were comfortable. Lighting for the sink area was not vanity lighting, so difficult to see for makeup. The office and maintenance were quick to respond when we had them check/fix the heater/ac unit in the room and fetch a hat that fell behind the dresser. Friendly group!

Pleasant Stay
This is about my 3rd time staying here. Always a pleasant stay. Room is clean and the beds are comfortable. Lots of food venues literally next door at the Garden walk. Location is a 5 min walk to the Toy Story parking lot to catch the shuttle to Disney parks.

Average hotel but increased fees
Nice average hotel but now doesn’t have breakfast, charged surcharge on your debit or charge card and have to pay for parking. Prices have dramatically increased while nothing of value was added. Took awhile to get hot water

It's ok.
It was alright... the beds are comfortable but the walla are so thin you can hear the tv on of every room around you. They now charge parking (which was free before) and we had to pay a cleaning lady to give us clean towels. The floors are never cleaned, just lint rolled.
