People at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and kind. We really enjoyed staying here. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and big, the kitchen was useful, and we really enjoyed the window side sitting area to see sunset. We will definitely come back here for our next visit to Berlin!

A very clean and cozy hotel at a great location. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
We have been last year and it was better previously, this time when we checked in there was body soap missing in the dispenser and a sponge for dishes absent we asked to fill it and they immediately did, the receptionists were very helpful during our stay.
