This place is within walking distance of a Whole Foods, Katz's Deli and Russ and Daughter's Deli. Very convenient, great price and an excellent value. We will be back!!!

Excellent in every way. Book early though because they seem to fill up extremely fast. 10/10 on every score. Staff are wonderful; neighborhood is the best in NYC in my opinion; but I LOVE the lower east side.

Wonderful. If you're lucky enough to get a room here, you've been blessed. Walid, Gabe and Ralph are fantastic stewards to this beautiful property and the cleaning staff are impeccable. I was so happy here. I'll never stay anywhere else if I can help it. Rates are mind-blowingly low for the location and the quality. Don't forget to tip the cleaning staff! P.s. I love that Tom's of Maine soap, too!

A real bargain for the great location!
The apartment was quite spacious with kitchen, dining area and separate bedroom. Great location at the edge of Soho and Chinatown, at the end of really festive Spring street with many restaurants and galleries. Thought that it was great for the cost.

The price was great for NYC
The wasn’t very personable but the man that cleans the lounge and main entrance was friendly if you started a conversation. The room was clean and nice. We had a closed off bedroom with a full kitchen and living room with pull out sofa. Only inconvenience was no central AC. Had a window ac unit in living room but not the bedroom so we slept with windows open because it was very hot in the building.

Nice little apartment, great staff!
Good location, nice little apartment with a mini kitchenette. The staff are what make it a great place to stay! Subway station nearby and walkable to many sites. Washington Square is a 15 walk away.

Excellent value for money option in very convenient location. Great to have suite with separate bedroom. Facilities good, dated in some areas, but all fine to use and all very comfortable. Have stayed twice for week each time. And will definitely stay next we time we are in NYC.
