Visit Casino . Rooms overrated
Really disappointed. First stay at Caesars Palace but not first stay in Vegas . Trying to stay at all the major hotels and will likely not stay here again . Overpriced for a room with frayed carpet … checkin I was firstly given the wrong room and I had prepaid . For all the up charges the rooms should be pristine ! And not sure what u have to pay to get a room with a view . I felt claustrophobic.

There were 3 women that went above and beyond to make our awful stay better and to them I’ll be forever grateful. There were so many rude and unhelpful employees. It was our first time staying here and I thought it would be fun since we always go to the same hotels, but it was definitely not fun and it will be the last time we do that. It may have been a different experience had they actually had customer service people when you call the hotel that work at the hotel to help with issues before checkin and not transfer you everywhere. It was so frustrating! The valet prices have gone up along with the hotel fees. I was kind of surprised how much higher it was from last year especially since it’s winter and the pools aren’t even open.

I booked for the Octavius room with a pool view and I got a Julius tower corner room overlooking the pipes and backside of Caesar’s. I asked why they were putting us in this room instead of the one I booked and they said it’s based on availability but would not be compensating for putting me in a lower room standard. Disappointed to say the least as I was really looking forward to a nice view. Just fyi, the parking garage to where the hotel check in is very very far, wear comfortable shoes.

Good service
Had some issues at checkout and was overcharged, but they fixed it pretty quick and were friendly about it. The resort fees have gotten out of control, but that’s all of them so it’s something you can’t escape. Loved the atmosphere but no more than we stay in the room, doesn’t make sense to pay this much just to sleep so probably won’t do it again. Overall, I have no complaints and think the customer service was on target!

Beautiful, but ...
The hotel is beautiful. However, I did not give a 5 star rating because the room did not have a refrigerator, microwave, or complimentary tea or coffee. Having a coffee machine in the room is useless without tea or coffee. The overall cost of the room should at least include basic room amenities.

Horrible checkin experience
Terrible wait time to checkin. There were only 2 people in the counter to checkin and we had to wait for 45mins to complete the checkin process and get the keys. Also online checkin was done. Mobile checkin kiosk are was closed. For a premium hotel it’s a horrible experience to be waiting for 45mins just to get your keys
