Worst Hotel In Norway?
Starting from the non-chalant attitude of the staffs, to the uncleaned rooms (absolutely disgusting) , to the way the front desk handles everything is just horrible. 1 star is a very good compliment for them. Take your money elsewhere.

Sjeldent skuffende
Var nok uheldig med «timing» å komme som 23 i køen til innsjekk grunnet NM i jarnitsar. Men ble møtt med «slitne» resepsjonister. I tillegg fikk vi rom inn mot resepsjonen på hotellet, og ikke mot elven med mulighet for frisk luft fra vinduet. Skrudde lufteanlegget på minimum når vi kom. Men det funket dårlig. Makan til varme på rommet hele natten uten mulighet for frisk luft ble krevende. Sov vanvittig dårlig. Så og si ingenting. Kaffen til frokosten ble derfor oppholdes høydepunkt.

Veldig fint hotell
Flott hotell med god frokost i sentrum av Trondheim. Stor, god seng og fint rom. Eneste minus på rommet var at dusjen var uten trykk, så vanskelig å vaske håret. Hotellparkeringen i kjelleren var ikke praktisk, de ville ha nøkkelen til bilen og stengte om kvelden, men var også plass på gateparkering ute.
