5 minutes walk from sea. And the hotel have cozy garden so you can sit and hangout with your friends or family. Staff is too kind and helpful. Completely satisfied with our stay there. Thanks.

Not Bad
A lovely family run business, however we found it to be over priced for what it was. Breakfast was very basic. The room had no fridge to keep our drinks cold. No shower gel or shampoo. The wifi connection was not very good in the room, but worked ok in the garden and hotel lobby area. The location was great and only a 5 minute walk to Ilica beach.

This place has seen better days. Maybe after 2 1/2 years of pandemic it still needs time and money to restore the grounds and decor and amenities. The “restaurant “ is deserted. No hair dryers, or toiletries, no coffee/tea available outside of breakfast time, except by special request. Beds are very comfy, water pressure and hot water very good! But my sink leaked, and the showerhead bracket was missing so i had to hold it to bathe (not a big problem). The price is high for what you get, but this is an expensive area. One block away is beautiful little harbour with promenade.

Otel de hiçbir şey yok. Odada mini buzdolabı yok. Havuz yok. Tv desen en az kırk yil önceki. 5200 tl için boşa giden bir para diyebiliriz.

Ich hab für 3 Nächte 300€ gezahlt. Das ist es echt nicht wert. Das bad total versifft. Die Handtücher mit Flecken. Es wurden keine Handtücher gewechselt in den drei Tagen. Nicht mal das bett gemacht oder Müll entleert. Das Frühstück war katastrophal. Das brot war steinhart. Es gab nur Marmelade, Honig,Käse und ei zur Auswahl.
Das einzig gute, der Strand ist nur paar Minuten entfernt.
Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen!

Bir hafta kadar konakladığımız Maviev Otel’den memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu yürüyüşle iki dakika kadar denize yakın. Plajın olduğu tarafa uzak ancak otelin bulunduğu yerde de denize girebiliyorsunuz.
Ulaşım yönüyle hemen önünden Alacatı-Ilıca-Çeşme dolmuşları geçiyor. Otel Çeşme ile Alaçatı arasındaki Ilıca sahilinde bulunuyor. Bu yönüyle her iki tarafa da yolculuklar için ideal.
Otelin kendisinden lüks bir konaklama ortamı beklemeyin. Ailenin kendisi tarafından işletiliyor. Otelde fazla bir zaman da geçirmediğimiz için biz bir eksiklik hissetmedik.
Oda temizliği olması gerektiği gibiydi. Ancak odaya ilk girdiğinizde en azından tek kullanımlık bir şampuan olması artı olurdu.
Bizim bulunduğumuz odanın otelin bahçesine bakan hoş bir balkonu vardı. İsterseniz burada da akşamları güzel zaman geçirebilirsiniz.
Denize yakın, merkezi bir noktada olması ve güler yüzlü işletmeci anlayışıyla kısa ve uzun süreli konaklamalar için tavsiye ederim.

Die Unterkunft ist nah am Meer. Die Anbindung zum Flughafen mit den Öffis ist außerhalb der Season schwierig. Zu den Partystraßen braucht man nur 10 Min. mit dem Auto :)
