Great stay!
The staff were very accommodating and lovely. I was able to get late checkout with no problem. Really great cocktails at the hotel restaurant. The area was incredible. Very convenient with a tube station right nearby, 2 minute walk. There also was a Boots and a Tesco Express supermarket. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

The staff were fine, checkin was delayed until after 4pm, the room was cold - theyprovided portable heaters but they did not regulate temperature well, the bathroom area was especially cold.

We have stopped at the Radisson Blu a few times and it never fails for us, Checkin was a breeze and room was ready early so lucky and all the comforts that were needed. One tiny complaint .. The hotel had quite a lot of cruise guests (via America) and Breakfast was a very busy, we were shown to a spot but the outside was setup but didn't seem to be used. We would have happily use it so it was less congested. Staff we Brill

Older hotel so corridors are long and convoluted with few lifts but we had a large room on 4th floor and were very happy. Quiet and much more comfortable than most London hotels we have stayed in. Super happy with the value. Location was great. Underground straight in from Heathrow to within 100 yards. Transport connections were great to everywhere we went (both business and pleasure). Tesco and Boots within 100 yards were useful for a 5 day stay. Pizza Express next door was easy and better than expected.

We had a lovely stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice spacious room, we chose to upgrade to a bigger one. Breakfast was super expensive so we decided not to have it at the hotel, there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. Can definitely recommend a stay here since it was so conveniently located with the subway around the corner and walking distance to museums and great restaurants and cafes.
