Nice hotel, super cool design!
The hotel is really cool in the pyramid shape and the casino has good games. The tram is super convenient to get to the other surrounding hotels. The staff is really friendly and helpful too. My only issue is that the elevators are inconveniently placed and so far from the lobby and it’s a pretty far walk. Be sure to bring everything you need when you leave your room so you don’t have to waste your day going back and forth.

Disappointing
The spa was great! I loved Gigi who did my pedi and vendetta ( I think that’s her name) she did my massage! The room was disappointing! It was comfortable enough but no coffee machine! Food was out ravioli . We spent 70 dollars on 2 fast food meals from the food court. Parking was outrageous! We didn’t know you could add parking for 20 dollars a day to your room. We ended up paying over 75 dollars in one day just to park. Parking was impossible to find. The staff was very nice!

I specifically wanted a room in the towers (not the pyramid). The room was spacious, quiet, clean, and looked well-kept. Compared to my previous stay in the pyramid, that room looked like it needed some renovation/updating. The room pricing I received via hotels.com was probably the best value on The Strip. I ate at the sports bar in the lobby and the service was top notch, along with the food.
