Every door was closed and locked at arrival . Nobody came when we rang the bell and knocked. Nobody answered the 2 numbers we tried to phone. After half an our we got hold of somebody and one of the numbers also phoned back. The room is very dated and it was difficult to turn on the light and some lamps never worked. As this was a place with a restaurant we expected to get something to eat in the evening, but the kitchen had closed by 19.30 without any information. The place offers breakfast but we chose to have it elsewhere. Beds were just about ok We didnt feel like trying the shower.

Angeblich wegen eines Managerwechsels wurden die bestehenden Buchungen nicht übergeben, so dass wir leider aufgrund unserer "zu frühen Buchung" hinten rüber gefallen sind. Blöd....wenn man um 3 Uhr morgens aufsteht, viele Kilometer fährt und dann mit zwei müden Kindern abends um 6 ohne Zimmer da steht... Anderthalb Stunden und viele Telefonate später hat man uns eine Ferienwohnung in der Nähe angeboten. Andere Unterkünfte mussten wir selber raussuchen, damit man dort angerufen hat um zu fragen. Das Personal war maßlos überfordert. Nach über eine Stunde kam die sog. "Managerin" dazu. Sie gab uns dann Bettwäsche zum selber beziehen in der FeWo (natürlich zu wenig, wie sich nachher rausstellte, aber was leider zu erwarten war). Die fiesen Matratzen und die vergilbte Bettwäsche durften wir dann selber beziehen. Alles in Allem: Horror, nie wieder. Vorteil war: die FeWo war sehr ruhig, was man - wenn man den Bewertungen glaubt - im Motel definitiv nicht der Fall gewesen wäre. Netterweise durften wir am nächsten Tag wieder kommen um gratis zu frühstücken. Gut, dass wir früh da waren. Nach 15 Minuten gab es keine Marmelade mehr...

Overraskende niveau
800kr for overnatning i et rum til familie med 2 voksne + 2 børn, er bestemt en rimelig pris, men det kan også være for billigt; Motellet er slidt helt ned, og der mangler en kærlig hånd overalt. Rengøring kunne være bedre, f.eks. hang der en håndklæde med tandpasta-pletter efter tidligere besøgende. Til prisen måske forventeligt. Besøget på den tilhørende kro / restaurant var særdeles skuffende. Maden er ikke værd at spise og bærer præg af at alt straffes enten på en stegeplade eller i ønskebrønden. Grønt er lig med ærter. Det største plus ved restaurantbesøget, er at vores familie nu har en nyt bundniveau at måle fremtidige restaurantbesøg op mod. Kro og motel ser godt ud fra vejen, men alt mangler generelt vedligehold og en opdatering - dette gælder vist også køkkenet.
