Stayed here on a family trip Great value for money Family that run the home stay went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a good one Gave us advice on things to see, hired a bike and scooters at very reasonable rates. Breakfast was included and very good. Would definitely stay again.

This was a good value place to stay, the staff were amazing. I stayed in #701 which was in an older building, the room had a slight odor but apart from that everything was alright. I am sure they would have put me in a different room if I mentioned it to them but I was here for just a night so didn't bother. The people who manage this place are very kind and helpful, big thanks to them

Family-run homestay, quet, tastefully decorated, everything is clean, the room is very comfortable. The owners helped us arrange a ride to the airport early in the morning and even packed us breakfast for the road. Motorbike rental is available right at the Homestay. Beautiful place to stay

Super location and very helpful staff. The rooms are nice, big and clean, and the bathroom is very nice. The owners are super helpful and the location is nice and quiet and yet only a few minutes walk from the Main Street. It was too cold for the pool, but that also looked amazing. Can highly recommended, great value for money.

My family of 4 stayed 3 nights at Lavender Homestay and it was perfect for our needs. We rented two rooms with a king and a queen in each room. The rooms are decent size and the beds are very comfortable. The location is a 3 minute walk into Tam Coc town center and a very convenient location yet far enough away that it was quiet . We rented scooters there and also had laundry done for a very reasonable price. Breakfast is also included and is simple but delicious! The family that owns the homestay are some of the nicest people we have met and made us feel at home there. I would highly recommend a stay at this wonderful accommodation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property is beautiful and the pool was lovely. The couple who run the homestay speak very little English but are the absolute sweetest. There is so many homestays to choose from in this area and I'm so glad we chose to stay at Lavendar Homestay. The location is great as it's just a couple minute walk from the main Tam Coc area. The homestay was very clean and pleasant, they even accommodated our (very) late checkout so we could catch a night bus. Motorbike and bicycle rentals available to explore the area. The hosts were our favorite part of the stay. They are such kind and hospitable people and they made our visit to the Nihn Binh area so memorable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nihn Binh.

Lavender Homestay is awesome. It’s run by the sweetest couple who create a good atmosphere with everything they do. And they make the best morning coffee I have had in Vietnam, served with their great complimentary breakfast. Easy scooter and bicycle rentals and recommendations about what to do during your stay. This homestay was run well by a lovely couple. For its price point, it’s excellent. My room had a massive California king bed and was separate from the other suites. The pool is pretty. Breakfast is served from 730-930 and though it was simple, it was very good. They season their eggs with some sort of secret salt which was really good! A couple minutes from the main intersection of the town, it’s far enough to have a bit of peace and quiet. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Right in the middle of town. Very nice pool and very nice rooms but the best part we’re the host. These 2 were the nicest people I have ever met in my life and made the trip great. Fresh breakfast every morning included plus surprise pineapple more times than I could count. Can also rent scooter or bicycle from them for very cheap. I would stay here again if I had the chance

We have been traveling through Vietnam now for 10 days and when we think we can’t meet another nicer person than the many we’ve come across, we meet our hosts of the Tam Coc Lavender Homestay. They are so friendly, generous, and accommodating to our every need. The room was very comfortable and spotless. The location is perfect, right on the lake and near great restaurants and bars. I am a fan of duck and enjoyed the meals. The street the hotel is on is very quiet and peaceful. We would recommend a stay here whole heartedly, and the area around Tam Coc is beautiful.

Construction, english and panorama room

Very friendly and helpful son. However there were construction next to the pool and Room. Other than the son, nobody spoke a single Word of english, and unfortunately he wasnt there all the time. We had ordered a panorama room, but felt cheated as they are more expensive, but just the same View and Room as standard.

We loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Lavender Homestay, what makes this place is the hosts! They are extremely welcoming, and go the extra mile to make you feel at home. We received fruit everytime we arrived back at the homestay from a day trip, and they gave us plenty of water. The homestay itself is fairly basic, but really does do the job! Rooms are spacious, bed really comfy and the pool is a lovely addition. Great location to Tam Coc main restaurants and the rowing boats. Would most definitely recommend this homestay for anyone looking to stay in Tam Coc! Oh, and the homemade pancakes made to order for breakfast were delicious and huge!!
