"To begin with the hotel is quite lovely for an older Hotel yet the breakfast had a lot to be desired
Very limited types of food and the selection was quite mere
I found the staff to be somewhat accommodating yet not necessarily nice and does not believe in Service with a smile
Maybe that’s just a German thing I don’t know
Quite disappointing
They clean my room halfway and left the coffee and the garbage in my room without cleaning it up

"There were so many inconveniences that made the stay not worth it. The elevators were broken for 90% of my stay and I had to have my room changed when I arrived to avoid that conflict. Staff were not as welcoming and I was met with more resistance than anticipated on normal asks or processes. Food was subpar and couldn’t even get room service because my phone was not working. When reaching to front desk in person to get the matter taken care of, nothing was done. I had food that I asked to be taken by housekeeping and it was there for a day while I was away and when I returned I had to place the tray out side to get it removed."
