Minha expectativas sobre o hotel fou muito frustante, decepcionante, nao comendaria pra ninguem..So o pessoal da recepção é prestativos. O quarto que eu fiquei era morfado, as paredes sujas, acredito que uma trinta resolveria o problema. O box do banheiro muito pequeno, o chuveiro é horrivel molha o banheiro todo. A limpeza nao era boa, não ao tinha um cheiro agradável de quarto limpo..So fizeram limpeza depois que eu pedi, nao trocam as toalhas, lençóis de cama. Nao tem café da manha, apesar de falaram que tem..Acredito que o hotel poderia avaliar as criticas e tentar melhorar a estadia do hospedes mais confortante..Eu particularmente nao volto neste hotel e nunca indicaria pra um amigo. Nota 3

Hotel simples e acessível. Eu super indico!
Passamos apenas uma noite, pois subiríamos a serra gaúcha na manhã seguinte. Fizemos Check-in bem tarde, o proprietário estava ativo e nos recebeu rapidamente, o Check-in foi meio defasado, pois tive de responder algumas perguntas em um pedacinho de papel, o que demorou um pouco. O hotel, apesar de ser simples, possui elevador e é muito limpo e organizado. O quarto que ficamos era simples, porém estava OK para o preço acessível. Possuía ar condicionado tipo split, telefone para recepção, chuveiro quente, um guarda roupas e roupas de cama confortáveis e limpas. No geral, achei muito OK. Eu indicaria e retornaria.

Hotel novo, com uma boa cama e excelente banho. Não tem luxo e nem pagamos por isto, mas tem um atendimento EXCELENTE, com uma cordialidade e gentileza do Sr. André que é raríssimo encontrar. É um hotel pequeno porte que atende bem ao que procuramos, local limpo , arejado com ar condicionado, smart tv. Recomendamos.

Instalações novas, cama confortável, funcionários da recepção excelentes, porém limpeza do quarto/banheiro poderia ser melhor. Banheiro sem sabonete liquido no dispenser do box. Não há frigobar. Quarto com ventilação na porta, através de orifícios, o que faz com que seja perceptível iluminação e áudio do interior do quarto no corredor.
