Nice place and in a great location. Hard for taxi's to get down the street but its only a few meter walk. Breakfast is basic but good. The tour companies they use are a little strickt but use the online companies and its all good.

I stayed at Sleep Mai? for 8 nights from November 19-27. The hotel is ideally located in the Old City, a short walking distance to the Tha Pae Gate, several Night Markets, and even a tiny Muay Tae arena inside a shopping complex. The staff are awesome and are genuinely eager to serve. They are delightful. The rooms are exceptionally well-desigmed. My only suggestion is to cover the vegetables at the breakfast buffet to ward off the fruit flies. I will stay here the next time I visit Chiang Mai.

Great location! We were able to walk everywhere. Our kids liked having McDonald’s nearby while we enjoyed trying different places. Side note, coffee shop at the corner has amazing iced lattes! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were backpacking and used their laundry service which returned on time and clean. We checked out at noon, but flight was at 5 and kids were a little overheated so the lobby was perfect to relax and play cards. Overall great stay and I would recommend for families.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was simple. However, there were stains on the bed sheets, linens, and towels, which made me uncomfortable. The sound insulation was poor, especially with teenagers shouting during the night and doors slamming in the morning. Overall, it was a reasonable hotel to stay at.
