First, the hotel receptionists were not professional and rude at any inquiry we had. They did not help us resolve our problems regarding our stay and accommodation, they had an unpleasant attitude and had no interest in providing a good service. Also, the entire hotel had no internet connection for around 48 hours before we left, and when we requested help on this issue no one offered an answer other than they tried to call for the internet provider. Without internet, we couldn’t operate as we wished, no uber or apps for transportation services and when we asked for help no one cared to give it to us. Lastly, the hotel id completely poor in higiene, no cleaning service in over 4 days of our stay, even when we arrived the bathrooms had stains, the elevators were nasty and even the walls in the rooms.
We had to run for about 10 minutes to get internet the day we were leaving beacuse the hotel had no service and the receptionist refused to help us get a cab service. Thus, we exposed our security, integrity and overall trip since we spent almost an hour trying to get help for our transportation for the airport
