They said the were over book and had cancel my reservation but I never receive a call or email I arrived at the hotel at midnight with my family expecting to rest only to find out they had cancel my reservation due to being over book. How disappointed and upset I was and I still have not receive my refund

The lady that checked me in was very nice. Hotel hallways weren’t clean and smelled like cigarette smoke. The countertops and tables in the room were not cleaned properly. After I sanitized all surfaces, small roaches began crawling on the bedside table. Upon checking out, the older gentleman at the desk didn’t apologize and told me to call the third party company I booked with for my refund.
