The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. We had a suit and there was plenty of room for us. The hotel is in a great location. We could walk to dinner and to the mall. The staff was scarce. We had to wait to check in even though no one else was waiting. The pool set up was so much fun. However, the pool area was very dirty and gross. We were given bracelets to where at the pool but we were the only ones that I saw wear them. We saw two different sets of people come in the side door of the pool. They obviously weren’t staying at the hotel. They spilled food on the floor and didn’t treat the pool well. One of the side entrances of the hotel never locked.
